The Indian Rope Trick.

In the Tradition of Indian Magic a rope appears from a basket,levitates
and a small boy climbs it and disappears.
 
In the original version a loud commotion is heard from above and meat and blood shower down.
 
The rope descends into the basket and then the boy reappears intact from inside the basket.
 
This is not the original version but an interesting early performance.
Here is a more recent re-enactment of this great Illusion
by magician Prahlad Acharya
